兼、并：一并。收：收罗。采：采纳，采用。指收罗采用各种不同的事物。
❍ 宋·苏轼《密州到任谢执政启》：“欲隆太平极治之风，故开兼收并采之路。”
❍ 清·凌廷堪《读孟子》：“西人之说，既合于古圣人，自当兼收并采，以辅吾之所未逮，不可阴用其学而阳斥之，则排其为异者亦过也。”
▲也作“兼收博采”。
❍ 宋·陆游《论选用西北士大夫札子》：“仁宗皇帝照知其弊，公听并观，兼收博采，无南北之异。”
