释义	zhèng yóu jǐ chū 政由己出《史记·项羽本纪论》：“三年，遂将五诸侯灭秦，分裂天下，而封王侯，政由羽出，号为‘霸王’。”政令由一己发出。指一人掌握大权，独断专行。 ❍ 《晋书·职官志》：“宣王既诛曹爽，政由己出，网罗英俊，以备天官。” ❍ 《明史·刘球传》：“夫政由己出，则权不下移。” ❍ 章炳麟《为〈民报〉封禁事移让日本内务大臣平田东助书》之三：“独有为贵大臣告者，台阁之上，政由己出，龙行虎步，高下在心，欲将《民报》永远禁止，则直令永远禁止耳。”
